ORDER PICK UP 

Order pick up is possible in Helsinki area from Topeliuksenkatu 41 during weekdays (Mon-Fri).

Confirmation about the order being ready for pick up is sent via email. 

To set the pick up time & date, please contact us with a suggested time via the email info@kuoksa.com or via Instagram DM at @kuoksakuoksa and wait for confirmation.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are packed during business days. Please allow the package 5 business days from Shipment confirmation to arrive.  

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the the order number.

SHIPPING

The shipping fee is 5‚ā¨ via Posti in Finland. The flowers are sent as letters with no tracking possibility.

We currently deliver to Finland and are looking into opening shipping to Sweden and Denmark. Please contact us here to get more information and look into exceptions. 

CUSTOM DUTIES

Kuoksa is not responsible for any customs clearance of products or any customs duties. 

TRACKING

We do not provide delivery tracking at this point, but hope to do so in the near future!

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
